Collaborative Robot with 3‑Axis Simultaneous Feeding & Tightening
Traditional single‑axis tightening struggles with cycle time on battery pack assembly. Our 3‑axis synchronized solution delivers over 50% cycle time reduction with superior torque consistency – already proven on high‑volume lines for leading Chinese battery manufacturers. Visitors couldn't stop filming the unit and asked deep questions on feeding reliability and multi‑axis adaptability.
4‑Axis Servo Synchronous Tightening System
Up to 20 axes can be synchronized with full torque closed‑loop control, eliminating elastic interaction effects from sequential tightening. Applications range from battery packs to e‑drive and chassis assemblies. Many customers from motor end‑plate and e‑drive assembly stayed for live demonstrations of recipe switching and tightening strategies.
2‑Component Narrow-gap Potting
Our running 2‑component potting system showed the complete process chain of potting in CTP production process: agitation against settling, vacuum degassing, pulsation‑free screw metering, and a suction valve with zero dripping – plus a flat nozzle adapting to gaps as narrow as 3mm.
